Hi and welcome to Mycoso! We hope these FAQs clarify some of the doubts you may have. If you have any doubts that aren’t addressed here, feel free to reach out at contact.mycoso@gmail.com.

1. How am I assured quality?

We have worked in the content, digital, and writing space for a while now. We know from experience what works and what doesn’t. Things change every day in the digital world, and a big part of our job is to stay updated. We work with you through your pain points so that we are on the same page before we start work. You’ll find more information on the Services Page.

2. Do I get to pick the writer I want?

We have our internal criteria for selecting writers for relevant projects. Rest assured we will pick what’s best for your company and your goals.

3. Why should I work with Mycoso?

We are absolutely committed to making the internet a little better with smart strategy and people-oriented content. There are enough random posts out there that are just focused on clickbait and keyword stuffing. We don’t do that and never will. We think long term and want to position your company as an institution to look up to. We make a real difference, and we’re always honest about what we think is best for your company and its future. If you’re looking for honest partners who want to see your company grow and will be there to tell you what’s working and what isn’t, you’re at the right place.

4. What are the payment options?

As of now we only do bank transfers.  We are in the process of setting up encryption on the site to ensure that money transfers go through the website easily. As safety is paramount, we’d prefer to stick to our secure banking institutions as of now, till we have everything perfectly in place.

5. Do you provide add on services?

Absolutely, check out our Services Page for the different types of services we offer. If there’s something more that you’d like to discuss, reach out to us at contact.mycoso@gmail.com. and we’d be happy to create something for you!

6. Do you provide content in other languages apart from English?

We aren’t thinking about that as of now.
